Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gravity Power Solution. We are committed to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality refurbished UPS systems. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or not functioning as promised.
  • You notify us of the issue within 2 To 3 working days of delivery.
  • The product is returned in its original condition with all accessories, cables, and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, power surges, or incorrect installation
  • UPS batteries after 3 days of delivery
  • Products sold under clearance or special discount offers

Process for Return Requests

To request a return, contact our support team by phone or email with the following:

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase and delivery
  • Issue description and, if possible, a photo or video proof

Our technician may inspect the product physically or virtually before approving the return.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 4–5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or cheque).
  • Shipping and installation charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges and Replacements

If the returned product is found to be faulty and under warranty, we will provide a replacement product of the same or equivalent configuration within 7 working days.

For International Orders

We currently do not offer return or replacement services for international orders outside India. All testing and confirmation are done before shipping.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling us directly.
  • If already shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return (with inspection and approval).
